Group Structure

In order to develop the commercial ethos required to deliver their Business Plan, Vertas Group has removed “service silos” and is structured in a way that delivers a high quality responsive service to their clients. As you can see from the diagram below, they have a very flat leadership structure and as a result are less bureaucratic and can respond to customer’s needs in a dynamic and agile manner.
