Pure Executive are delighted to be working in partnership with multi-award winning Suffolk Group Holdings, trading as Vertas Group, to appoint a new Non-Executive Director.

As of 1st April 2022 Suffolk Group Holdings (SGH), a wholly owned company of Suffolk County Council, revised its portfolio of three distinct, highly successful fast-growth commercial service delivery businesses to trade as Vertas Group under one group leadership structure whilst retaining their individual brands and identity.

The main board is the primary oversight body for Vertas Group, and its responsibilities include providing leadership, approving long-term strategy, reviewing management performance and meeting their clients ambitions. 

Vertas Ltd employs c4000 colleagues and delivers a wide range of bespoke facilities services throughout the UK which include cleaning, catering, security, energy management, environment management, passenger transport and education management.

Concertus Design and Property Consultants are a multi-disciplinary design and property consultancy delivering projects throughout the UK from their offices in Ipswich, Suffolk and Matlock, Derbyshire. 

Opus People Solutions Ltd are a specialist recruitment business delivering people solutions to both public and private sector clients.
